    • Your order could ship from any of our 3 distribution centers; Seattle, WA, Naples, FL, or San Francisco, CA. Depending on the contents of your order, you may receive multiple packages.

  2. When will my food arrive?
    • You will have the option to schedule delivery at checkout. The earliest your order will be shipped is the following day. Fresh product will arrive overnight and gift cards will arrive in 5-7 days via USPS First Class.

  3. Can I track the order?
    • When the order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number from FedEx.

  4. How big/heavy is the package?

  5. Do the orders use dry ice?
    • No. We use frozen Gel Packs instead of dry ice.

  6. How long can it sit out before the product requires refrigeration?
    • We recommend that you remove the product and refrigerate within 4 hours of arrival.

  7. If I'm just ordering kitchen accessories do I still have to pay for overnight shipping?
    • No. If your order contains no perishable goods you will have the option to ship via regular ground.

  8. Can I ship to more than one destination?
    • Yes, for an additional fee of $30 per destination.

  9. Do I have to sign for my order?
    • We recommend a signature but one is not required.

  10. Can I get deliveries outside the U.S.?
    • At this time, McCormick & Schmick?s Seafood Market ships only to the 48 contiguous states. Orders can be placed from anywhere in the world for delivery inside the continental U.S. by calling our customer service center during business hours.

  11. Can I pay for my order with a M&S Gift card?
    • Yes. On the second page of the checkout, there is an area where customers with a M&S gift card can enter the card number for payment of their order.

  12. Can I include a gift card with my order?
    • At this time, we do not have the ability to include personalized greetings with gift orders. We hope to add this functionality soon and recommend that you make the recipient aware of any perishable delivery in advance.

Your shipment may contain plastic clamshells to keep product in place during shipping. Because of the cold temperatures in our boxes, these plastic shells may sometimes crack in transit. This is perfectly safe and will not compromise the freshness of the product as the plastic containers are not airtight to begin with, and are included in your shipment only to keep items in place.
